i-phone is a huge success

The phone itself seems to be selling more by the hour but how is this happening? It helps that the ipod is there but the reason it sells is because of all of the technology crammed inside.

One of the things that attracted me to the product is the fact that it was a combination of a phone and an ipod. The App store has made Apple millions as more and more “apps” are released every single day.

Recently 02’s exclusive two year contract with Apple has run out and Vodaphone as well as Orange have both stepped in to snap up deals with them. Next year these companies are going to be allowed to actually put the phone on sale. However are people going to buy the phone simply because another provider is set to sell the phone, it would seem that would be quite unlikely? Although it is true to say that people will stick to a certain company if the company has been good to them.

A crucial part of choosing whether to buy this phone is can you actually afford it. The cost of the phone itself isn’t cheap and can be even worse if it breaks and you do not have something like Gadget Insurance. The only issue is that insurance is costly. You are sure to drop it at one stage, what happens if you drop it on a hard surface. Personally I have dropped mine about five times and it has managed to survive so it is possible not to have insurance although I would reccomend it.

Of course there are insurance policies available for a number of things from camera insurance as well as the obvious iPhone insurance. Insurance in the long run could benefit you as gadgets are very expensive to actually replace.
