    Announcing one’s …
Announcing one’s first and last name to the Youtube community is a tremendously bad idea. Be careful.

I want to thank you three for making these videos for other Christians. Let us remember why we are here.

    Rev 4:11 KJV Bible
Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

    It’s wonderful what …
It’s wonderful what you say – but she’s just loading a heap of abuse on young vulnerable women, imo. She talks about how 20 years or so later – she’s just “haunted” by all her sin of years past. So, what does she do?? She loads upon Christians the weight of guilt and shame and makes it her “badge of honor” that she talks all about her irredeemable state of having to experience guilt and shame for the rest of her life for past sins. That must make the devil feel like saying, “Amen!”. Grace.

  9. Chrishankhah Says:

    Our flesh is being …
Our flesh is being sanctified but is not glorified, is thus scarred by it, and it makes old habits hard to break, but praise God these bodies our temporary! God looks at us and sees the perfection of Christ, and we are encouraged and not condemned. Because of His Spirit we can flee temptation.

How we hate sin because Christ had to endure His father’s wrath for it, but we praise God because He has conquered it.

Sisters, there is no disagreement or cause for discord here, only misunderstanding.

  10. Chrishankhah Says:

    Hey, grace and …
    Hey, grace and Mustard –

I admit, I am very confused about why you two seem to be disagreeing. Grace is right that there is forgiveness in Christ and righteousness only to be found in Him, and in Him we are perfect in the eyes of God.

And Mustard is right that from a believer’s regenerated heart, sin is an incredibly offensive and painful thing to think about, because we know Christ endured the wrath for our sin. Just the thought of it sickens us. It is humbling to us. (continued)

What an awesome and refreshing perspective on things! I am glad you guys did this video. It is very encouraging to me. You’re always reminding me of me, Sue!!

    …Then it follows …
…Then it follows that he should be of sound doctrine, able to council me and not debate me. That would cause a certainly unpleasant amount of disunity. Would such a man even be able to attend the same church as I? If we are not even united in the same local body, how could we be united in the home? So it is tricky. If it can be helped, I recommend avoiding it.

  13. Chrishankhah Says:

    My own opinion. I …
My own opinion. I don’t know about recent converts, but I think we should be careful and wait to see what fruit they are bearing, to be sure that they are true converts. And even true converts tend to be most weak early in their conversion. It certainly requires caution.

The second is tricky. I suppose it depends how passionately you hold to those doctrines. For instance, I am passionately reformed, and my church is central to my life. If I am to marry a man who is my spiritual leader…

  14. Chrishankhah Says:

    dariopimentel — My …
dariopimentel — My most humble suggestion — if she is not being convicted of these things, then she is not ready for a relationship. Before we can ever enter into a godly relationship, we must be established in our own relationship with God, individually.

You are better to take time apart, give her the gospel, and pray fervently for God to do a work in her. As it is, if she is not convicted then she will be a stumbling block for you. I have been there, and it is a painful road. Don’t take it.

  17. MustardSeedish Says:

    For we know that …
For we know that the Law is spiritual, but I am of flesh, sold into bondage to sin.
For what I am doing, I do not understand; for I am not practicing what I would like to do, but I am doing the very thing I hate. -Romans 7:14-15

  18. MustardSeedish Says:

    Great saints down …
Great saints down through history of Christianity have never bragged, How good I am, but Get away from me, Lord; I am a sinful man (Luke 5:8). That is the authentic lament of the true Christian.

We carry about us that which prevents us from being perfect (Rom. 7:14).

  19. graceexplosion Says:

    Now, you go find …
Now, you go find yourself that SCRIPTURE you are standing on to deny the power of the blood of Jesus to cleanse, heal, deliver and set free from sin. You’re not speaking the Word. You are not standing on the Word of God, you are ministering false doctrine, you are preaching YOURSELF rather than Jesus Christ and you need to repent before God. I want to see you subject to the WOG. I want to see you repent before God for preaching false doctrine – and I want to see godly sorrow unto repentance.

    Excellent video. …
Excellent video. Sound advice for singles, based on Biblical teachings.

  21. graceexplosion Says:

    You know what, …
You know what, sister, when you repent I’ll know it, because you will thank me… as you are set free and gain power from the Word and Jesus in ministry to see women set free of Satan’s condemnation, false guilt, and false shame. Psalm 141:5 Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities.

I want to see some real godly sorrow unto repentance.

  22. graceexplosion Says:

I know the Word of …
I know the Word of God, sister. I know Jesus. I know the power of the blood of Jesus. You’re not preaching or speaking Jesus Christ, the Word of God, or the power of the blood of Jesus. And rather than taking your rebuke, you took your itching ears and you turned away from the sound doctrine of the Word of God, Jesus Christ, and the power of the blood of Jesus. You need to seriously repent before God of preaching false self-flagellation doctrine that is NOT of the reformation or the Word.
