Heidi Montag has decided to call off her divorce from Spencer Pratt, TMZ reports.
According to the website, Montag filed a motion for dismissal at L.A. County Superior Court on Wednesday. She originally filed for divorce from her former “Hills” co-star in July citing “irreconcilable differences.” Pratt’s rep had not responded to MTV News’ requests for comment by press time.
Montag made no secret of their reunion earlier this month when she tweeted about Pratt shortly after they returned from a trip to Costa Rica. “First few days back in America! I dont think I will ever leave again, at least I am never letting @SpencerPratt pack again!!!! Praise Jesus!”
But, since the divorce filing, the pair have also been open about the seeming dissolution of their marriage. Pratt claimed to have a sex tape featuring Montag and threatened to release it if she didn’t take him back; Montag denied the tape’s existence.
When MTV News spoke to Pratt over the summer about the rumors and his wife’s intentions to divorce him, he was quick to point out that there was still a lot of love between the two. “I’m obsessed with her,” he shared. “We’re Speidi. If I could change my face and name, she would have never divorced me.”
At the time, Pratt said he and Montag were trying to figure out what they should do next. “We’re working things through,” he said. “Clearly I care for her, but the divorce is a superficial title ’cause I didn’t cheat on her. And then she divorces me to clean her image. That doesn’t fly with me. As much as I was like, ‘Do it’ [with the divorce], I never thought it would work. You can’t be Speidi and then all of a sudden get a divorce. She’s still serious about it because she’s trying to divorce what is Spencer Pratt. She still loves me.’
In fact, Pratt said he was taking steps toward changing for her. “I gave away all my crystals. I gave all my crystals to my old middle school,” he said. “So no more crystals, woo woo woo.”

He’s a really good writer,” the singer said. “The song is amazing. We really love the song, so we decided to cut it. It’s really amazing.”

It’s cool, man, I’m enjoying it … It’s great for me as a performer. I still work just as hard, but it’s almost like I’m performing with another element. I’m growing.”
Drake’s show started with his lauded “9AM in Dallas.” He first stood sideways, rapping into the mic after he strolled onstage. Now facing the crowd, the Young Money ambassador went into “Forever.” With his shades still snuggled over his eyes, he did a soulful clap at the end of his verse, signaling “Up All Night.” The crowd was into all of his selections.
“I came here to further our relationship,” he told the spectators. He then welcomed his fans to call him “Drizzy Drake,” or “Aubrey Graham” if they watched him on “Degrassi.” He declared that he came to share his life with them, but “wouldn’t sugarcoat it.”

To hear Nicki Minaj tell it, her desire for the Black Eyed Peas‘ will.i.am to contribute to her debut album, the forthcoming Pink Friday, was long in the making.
“I’ve always wanted Will to produce a record for me and I’m a huge fan of the Black Eyed Peas. So I figured if I could get him to add a little bit of magic to my project, it would be dope and futuristic,” she told MTV News. “And it wouldn’t only be hip-hop but something I could take around the world and get people to dance. I tracked him down and luckily for me, he was interested.”
The two collaborated on the synthesized “Check It Out,” for which they recently shot a clip in Los Angeles. The pair also performed the number on the Peas’ frontman, one of the first records he played her was “Check It Out.” “I was going insane,” Nicki recalled. “It was just a feel-good record. The whole room lit up when he played it.”
will.i.am explained that the Lil Wayne protégé inspired him during the making of “Check It Out.” “I was like, ‘I got to take it to the next level now.’ ‘Cause usually you mess with cats and there is no next level, because they don’t inspire the next level,” Will said of his collaborator. “So she inspired the next level. So push it. You went 5 miles, then you better go 100.”
Nicki, likewise, was inspired by her producer, saying her opinion of the Peas’ musician changed after working with him.
“That’s when I knew he was next level and not even a human,” she said.
